Nonoko Salt Water Pool

 

The purpose of a saltwater pool is to reduce the level of microorganisms (usually by 99.9% or more) to safe levels. Our salt water pool is not only good for your skin but also for the environment!

 

 

Okiyo Fine Dining Restaurant

 

We are Japanese, American, Creole restaurant with dining for up to 100 guests. We focus on Japanese foods like sushi, ramen, udon and so on with an American and Creole twist. We hope you enjoy our fusion style of cruisine.

 

 

Lounge

 

We hope you can be relaxed in our lounge just off the lobby overlooking our Japanese gardens and out salt water pool. We offer nightly movies from the Studio Ghibli so you can enjoy and experience the Studio Ghibili world. The Lounge is also home to the Hotel Totoro’s very own Kiki’s Cupcake Delivery Automatic Telling Machine. (ATM) Here you can pick and choose what type of cupcake you want with quickness and ease of an ATM.

 

 

Front Office Operations

 

Our front desk offers 24 hours of service excellence. The Hotel Totoro check out time is at 11:00 am and guests can start checking in at 3:00p.m.  The Hotel Totoro accepts the following forms of payment: VISA, JCB, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Guests visiting from foreign countries can visit our concierge to exchange currency, make reservations, book shows, and purchase tickets. The Hotel Totoro front desk agents speak a wide variety of languages from English, Japanese, Spanish, French, and Chinese. If you have a question, please come to front desk. We can give you any information that you need. We welcome you anytime.

 

 

Housekeeping / Laundry Facility

 

Housekeeping: Our wonderful housekeeping staff starts cleaning room at check-out time from11:00a.m. till 3:00p.m. when our new guests are checking in. Our housekeepers only use green products and green practices by only providing new towels and sheets every 2 days unless requested otherwise.

 

Laundry Facility: The Hotel Totoro laundry facility houses 12 washers and dryers for our guests to use at their convenience 24 hours a day. Our new laundry facility operates off of a new card system where guests can put money on laundry cards that are used to purchase laundry supplies and to operate the washers and dryers.

 

 

The Studio Merchandise Store

 

We have a lot of Studio Ghibli goods like Totoro, Gigi, Kiki and so on. And also, you can get some limited awesome goods that you can only get from the Hotel Totoro.

 

 

Full Service Valet Services

 

We have full service valet services when our guests are arriving and departing. Our guests have no worries about their luggage when they arrive.

 

 

Business Complex

 

The Hotel Totoro offers a 24 hour a day business center offering package pick up and shipping, a fax machine, four computers to access the internet and to print from. Our business complex also has an airport kiosk for guests to check in and print boarding passes and luggage tags.
