Guests with Special Needs Plan
Some of our guests need a bit more amenities and services then others. The Hotel Totoro complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and has made adjustments to specific rooms that are designed to ADA specifications with lower amenities, special phones, electronic access to rooms with power open doors. The Hotel Totoro has extra wide elevators and doors so that wheelchairs and electronic scooters are able to go through all doors and ramps at all entry ways of the hotel.

ADA Chair/Chair Lift
Salt Water Pool
The ADA Chair/ Chair lift is a chair that guests using wheelchairs, electronic scooters and other devices can transfer themselves into the chair. The chair is then moved over the water and slowly lowered down. The guest then has the ability to swim in the pool. When the guest is ready to get out, they get back into the chair and are lifted out of the water.
Braille
Our hotel uses Braille on everything that has written words on it, such as direction signs, menus, and automated telling machines.
Dietary Restrictions
Fine Dining Resturant
The Hotel Totoro chefs at our fine dining resturant have created a special menu for our guests with dietary restrictions. These menu items are the same items on the main menu, except made for restrictions such as gluten free, low sodium, and diabetic restrictions.
