The Hotel Totoro is a blend of east meets west with the gorgeous artwork of Studio Ghibli everywhere you turn. Our hotel is a unique hotel with its main themes, our level of service and excellence in our service basics, its location, and the amenities that the Hotel Totoro offers its guests. The Hotel Totoro can constantly keep current with the hotel industry as its layout and functions are very modern with up to date practices, services and amenities, and technology that our staff uses to assist our guests.
The daily activities, conventions, and events that can be brought into the Hotel Totoro are endless. The Hotel Totoro layout is perfect to be able to host multiple events at the same time while not affecting the peace and relaxation that our hotel promises to deliver to each and every guest. We listen to guest feedback and have weekly sessions with our general manager, department managers, and key employees to improve upon our performance and to recognize our employees who are above and beyond the Hotel Totoro expectations.
The Hotel Totoro is truly a one of a kind hotel that is constantly changing and being kept current by our partnership with Studio Ghibli and being part of the Resort Company. We constantly strive to encourage our staff to experiment with new ideas, create new training and recognition programs to improve our services, and to push the bounderies of how we can impress our guests and offer the best stay. As a hotel in the Resort Company we partner with other properties to ensure smooth transitions from one resort to the next and stay current on events around the company.
