One of the Hotel Totoro's service basics is Trust in Us. We believe in putting the safety of our guests, visitors, employees and their families first. Our employees practice safety in everything that they do. These practices can be found with posters, posted in high traffic areas in behind the scenes areas,  that we have with our program, Trust in Us: Safety First.
