Six Steps to Event Management

Strategic Development: This event brings both worlds of Japan and the United States together. Studio Ghibli is anime and the Hotel Totoro is the perfect place to host an anime convention.

Creative Development: Our anime convention is a mixture of voice actor panels, anime merchandise vendors, cosplay events, karaoke, and tastes of Japan.

Event Development: How will various lines of business support your convention?

Communication Strategy: Our key message is the anime and japanese culture. Our key target is anyone interested in Japanese animation. This has no age limit.

Event Execution: We are going to execute this by having well known voice actors, a wide variety of merchandise from different animes, and by hosting hourly small and large events that will be geared towards many groups of people.

Event Evaluation: We will be having managers on the floor taking notes, filming and asking our guests to take quick surveys. We will be offering small prizes to those guests who take the time to answer our surveys honestly. What we learn from this event will be used towards the planning panel for next years convention.
